You can return most items within 14 days of delivery.

Unused & unopened

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original box. Open bath and wax items cannot be returned for hygiene.

Our guarantee

If a candle cracks, wax leaks, or a ribbon arrives damaged we replace it free — just send us a photo.
