Changed your mind? Send the boxes back within 14 days of delivery and we will refund them in full.

What can come back

Any order can come back unless the boxes are seriously damaged — crushed, torn or stained beyond saleable condition. Unpacked, opened or partly used boxes are welcome; just pack them well for the trip home.

Our guarantee

If a box arrives crushed or the wrong style, send us a photo and we will replace it free.

How to start

Email minixperfume@gmail.com or call +86 183 3633 5254 with your order number within the 14 days, and we will send a return label. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the parcel reaches us, usually within five working days. Return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong item or a damaged box.
