A. What we keep

When you order a box or ten, we keep your name, shipping address, email and phone — enough to pack the order in fives or tens, hand it to the courier, and tell you when it leaves the line. We also record the technical crumbs of a visit: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and one session cookie for the cart. Your card number never reaches us; it stays with the payment processor.

B. Why we keep it

To pack and post the boxes you chose. To answer a message about a parcel, a shade or a style. To keep the invoices the tax rules ask for. To keep the shop running. Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their own use — the full list of who sees them is in section D.

C. Cookies

The shop uses a few cookies: one to hold your cart, one to keep the session, and the ones the payment partner sets at checkout. Block the first two and the cart may stop filling. Block the rest and nothing about the shop changes.

D. Who sees it

Three hands, no more. The courier gets a name, an address and a phone number, so a parcel can be delivered. The payment processor gets only the paid / unpaid flag. The host that keeps the site online keeps server logs. Nobody else, and no list of customers is ever lent or traded.

E. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold — write to minixperfume@gmail.com and we will answer within ten working days. If your jurisdiction has a data-protection authority, you may also complain to it directly.
